Shannon joined our team in 2024 as a Client Care Specialist. Prior to her start here, she had experience in the banking and collections industry, but once she saw the opportunity to work with and help people and pets, she jumped on the opportunity. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets and friends, and caring for her 80 plants at home. At home, she has 2 dogs – Eddie and Piper who are Old English Bulldogs and are siblings.
