Veterinary Emergency Hospital has an elite staff of Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Receptionists, and Kennel Personnel who are here to support your family and your pet during your time of need.
We are an innovative facility for Sioux Falls and the surrounding area to obtain urgent care and emergency care. Find us after your regular Veterinary Clinic ends their day! Collaborations with area clinics means your veterinarian may also refer you to our Pet Hospital for in-patient treatment.

Monday through Friday: 6:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Saturday: 12:00 Noon until Monday 7:30 AM

Pack up your pet in a travel carrier or secure him/her with a leash and come to our location near the intersection of 43rd street and Minnesota Avenue, (about a block north of I-229). Patients are sorted according to triage, so please be kind to us if we ask you to wait for your personalized care.
Payment Procedures: Your pet is our first priority. It is requested that every client pre-pay the critical care assessment fee of $85.00 (including tax) during check-in. After the veterinarian has seen your pet, full payment of services rendered is expected.For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash & check.
If your pet needs to stay in our hospital, we will require a down-payment that is half of the veterinarian's estimated charges. Thank you for your confidence in us.
